How do I book the OMBRE Yacht day trip?

You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred seat zone and date. Simply click the "Book Now" button, fill in your details, and complete the payment. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Bookings can be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours before your scheduled trip. Please contact our customer service team at support@ombreyacht.com for assistance. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Do I need to print my booking confirmation?

No, you can show your booking confirmation on your mobile device. Just present your booking reference number or the QR code from your confirmation email at check-in.

What are the different seat zones?

We offer 8 seat zones: Zone A & B are private Sun Lounges (up to 6 guests each), Zone C & D are Front Deck (7 seats each), Zone E & F are Middle Deck (8 seats each), and Zone G & H are Rear Deck (3 seats each). Each zone has different views and pricing.

What time does the yacht depart?

The OMBRE Yacht departs daily at 8:30 AM from our departure point in Rawai. We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before departure for check-in.

Where do we visit during the trip?

Our day trip includes three amazing destinations: Coral Island for snorkeling, Racha Island for swimming and beach activities, and we return via Promthep Cape for a spectacular sunset view.

What is included in the trip?

All seats include welcome drinks, lunch buffet, snorkeling equipment, insurance, and access to all onboard amenities including our DJ entertainment during sunset hours.

Bring swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a camera. Towels are provided on board. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a light jacket for the evening.

What activities are available during the trip?

Activities include snorkeling at Coral Island, swimming, paddleboarding, relaxing on Banana Beach at Koh Hey, and dancing to our onboard DJ as the sun sets over Promthep Cape.

Is snorkeling equipment provided?

Yes! Snorkeling masks, snorkels, and fins are provided for all guests at no extra charge. Our crew will help you with proper fitting.

Can I book add-ons like a private photographer or special celebrations?

Yes! We offer add-ons including Sparkling Wine Sunset packages, Birthday celebration sets, Private Photographer (6 hours), and Private Violin performances. These can be added during booking.

Is there food and drinks on board?

Yes! We serve a delicious lunch buffet, welcome drinks, and refreshments throughout the day. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice.

How does private zone booking work?

Zone A & B are private Sun Lounges. The base price includes 4 guests, and you can add up to 2 additional guests at ฿3,000 per person. The entire zone is exclusively yours.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment gateway. Payment is in Thai Baht.

Do you offer refunds for bad weather?

Yes, if we cancel due to severe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or can reschedule to another date. We monitor conditions closely and will contact you if there are any concerns.

Is there a maximum capacity per trip?

Yes, OMBRE Yacht has a maximum capacity of 43 guests to ensure comfort and quality experience for everyone on board.
